Fire Instructor
The objective of this course is to teach instructors and trainers how to organize and teach a course effectively, using existing lesson plans. Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to plan instruction, using a variety of instructional methods; teach diverse learners; evaluate course outcomes; and address the critical issues of safety and the legal issues of training.
The purpose of the Instructor II/III course is to provide senior Instructors with the knowledge and skills to meet the minimum job performance requirements as outlined in NFPA 1041.
